Refund & Replacement Policy

At Palm Lane Petals, we take great pride in creating fresh, high-quality floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the arrangement to help us evaluate the issue.

If we determine that the flowers were damaged during delivery or arrived in poor condition, we will gladly provide one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement arrangement of equal value

  • Store credit toward a future purchase

  • A full or partial refund

Please note that flowers are natural products, and variations in flower varieties, colors, bloom size, and seasonal availability may occur. Substitutions made due to availability are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund.
