Subscription Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a floral subscription from Palm Lane Petals, you agree to the following terms:

Subscription Deliveries
• Subscription arrangements are delivered once per month on a date selected by Palm Lane Petals.
• Deliveries are available within our current service area only.

Seasonal Design
• Each arrangement is designer's choice and created using the freshest seasonal blooms available.
• Flower varieties, colors, and containers may vary from photos shown on the website.

Billing
• Subscription payments are automatically charged each month using the payment method provided at checkout.
• Prices are subject to applicable sales tax and delivery fees.

Cancellation
• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing date.
• Cancellations requested after a payment has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.

Delivery
• Someone should be available to receive the arrangement whenever possible.
• If no recipient is available, flowers may be left in a safe location at the driver's discretion.
• Palm Lane Petals is not responsible for flowers once delivery has been completed.

Freshness & Care
• Flowers should be placed in fresh water and cared for according to the included care instructions.
• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are not available after delivery.
